Quality and Impartiality

Quality Policy

At DrillTech (Drilltech Mühendislik Ltd.) we provide independent third-party testing of construction materials, in the laboratory and on site, in North Cyprus. Our aim is to deliver technically valid results that our clients, and the authorities who rely on them, can trust.

We are committed to:

  • operating competently, impartially and consistently, using recognised standard methods and documented internal procedures;
  • protecting the confidentiality of our clients’ information and results;
  • ensuring that our personnel are qualified, trained and familiar with our procedures;
  • understanding our clients’ requirements and aiming for their satisfaction;
  • continually improving our methods, equipment and services, using feedback, complaints and internal reviews.

Impartiality

Our results are determined by the test, not by who pays for it. We do not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to influence our work or our results.

  • We are independent of the contractors, suppliers and producers whose work and materials we test.
  • Our personnel sign declarations covering impartiality, confidentiality and conflicts of interest, and must report any situation that could compromise their objectivity.
  • We identify risks to impartiality on an ongoing basis and eliminate or minimise them.

Confidentiality

We treat all information obtained or created while working for a client, including samples, data and reports, as confidential, and we do not disclose it to third parties without the client’s agreement. Where we are required by law to release information, we inform the client of what has been provided, unless the law prohibits us from doing so.

Traceable Calibration

Our measuring and test equipment is calibrated by a calibration laboratory accredited by TÜRKAK, which gives our measurements metrological traceability. We publish the calibration certificates on our Equipment and Calibration page, and each certificate can be verified independently by scanning its TÜRKAK QR code at asist.turkak.org.tr. Our concrete compression testing machine has been verified as Class 1 in accordance with TS EN 12390-4.

Complaints and Appeals

If you are dissatisfied with our service or wish to appeal against a result, please contact us by telephone on +90 533 820 35 69 or through the contact form on this website, quoting the report number where relevant.

  • We acknowledge receipt of your complaint or appeal.
  • It is investigated impartially by a person who was not involved in the activity concerned.
  • We communicate the outcome to you in writing.

Complaints and appeals never lead to discriminatory treatment, and we use them to improve our service.
